Delivery
All orders that are received before 12pm, should be despatched from our warehouse the same day via Royal Mail or our couriers DPD, subject to security checks and payment clearances.
Under the Incoterms 2020 rules, CPT means that we as the seller are responsible for clearing the goods for export and delivering them to the first named place of shipment (usually a freight terminal/place) at which point, the responsibility then transfers to the buyer

Please note: If you do not tell us within 3 business days that the scheduled delivery didn’t happen, you become responsible for the goods after 14 business days, regardless of the chosen delivery method or recipient. See Terms & Conditions Document for further details.

How do I make a return?
Returns are simple and easy. If you need to return an item simply send the product(s), a letter as to why you are returning the products (please include contact details) and your original proof of purchase to:

What about my delivery charge?
If we have made a mistake on an item sent to you or it is faulty, damaged, of unsatisfactory quality, we will refund the delivery charges you have paid to receive that item, unless it was sent to you with other items which you are not returning. We will also refund the delivery charges if you are an EU customer cancelling your purchase within the seven day cooling off period.
