Gtechniq Delivery Policy

Delivery

All orders that are received before 12pm, should be despatched from our warehouse the same day via Royal Mail or our couriers DPD, subject to security checks and payment clearances.

Under the Incoterms 2020 rules, CPT means that we as the seller are responsible for clearing the goods for export and delivering them to the first named place of shipment (usually a freight terminal/place) at which point, the responsibility then transfers to the buyer

Express delivery

Guaranteed next working day delivery is available for orders placed before 12 pm Monday – Thursday, in the UK (Mainland). To do this make sure you select the Interlink delivery option at the checkout.
As soon as your order has been dispatched from us you will receive a dispatch notification with tracking number. Your order can be tracked on the DPD website.

Standard delivery

We aim to deliver all mainland UK standard orders in up to 4 working days. However, sometimes during other busy periods, deliveries may take longer. If you have not received your delivery within 5 working days, please contact us.
Standard deliveries to Northern Ireland, the Highlands and Islands and AB postcodes will take longer to arrive. We aim to deliver standard orders within 5-7 working days to Northern Ireland and AB postcodes, and 7 working days to the Highlands and Islands. During busy periods, please allow up to 7 working days for delivery to Northern Ireland and 10 working days for delivery to the Highlands and Islands.
We currently only offer standard delivery to international destinations where we do not have existing stockists or distributors.

Delivery Cost

Delivery costs inside the UK
All UK (mainland) deliveries are free when you spend £39.95 (including VAT) with Gtechniq. If you are not spending over this threshold then delivery will be calculated depending on the weight of the goods and which delivery option is selected.
Delivery costs within the Europen Union
All deliveries within the European Union when you spend €250 or more with Gtechniq are free. If you are not spending over this threshold then delivery will be calculated dependent on the weight of the goods and which delivery option is selected.
International delivery costs
Deliveries can be made outside the UK, but prices and delivery times will vary dependent on location. The Gtechniq website will calculate the delivery of your order dependent on weight. Delivery times may vary, so please contact us directly for estimated delivery times.
Our couriers typically deliver Monday to Friday, 8am – 7pm. Please note, Saturday and Sunday are not classed as working days for deliveries.

Terms and Conditions of Sale

Please note: If you do not tell us within 3 business days that the scheduled delivery didn’t happen, you become responsible for the goods after 14 business days, regardless of the chosen delivery method or recipient. See Terms & Conditions Document for further details.

Returns Policy

Returns Policy

We guarantee to refund any item you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in sale-able condition within 14 days of receipt. When issuing a refund we will need to see proof of your original purchase. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.
For safety reasons we cannot offer refunds on products that have been opened or used, unless they are faulty or unfit for purpose. Please note, if you purchased our products through another reseller, you will need to return the products to the original place you purchased them.

How do I make a return?

Returns are simple and easy. If you need to return an item simply send the product(s), a letter as to why you are returning the products (please include contact details) and your original proof of purchase to:

What about my delivery charge?

If we have made a mistake on an item sent to you or it is faulty, damaged, of unsatisfactory quality, we will refund the delivery charges you have paid to receive that item, unless it was sent to you with other items which you are not returning. We will also refund the delivery charges if you are an EU customer cancelling your purchase within the seven day cooling off period.

Seven day cooling off period (for customer within the EU)

In addition to our returns policy, under the Distance Selling Regulations you can cancel your order at any time before the expiry of the period of seven working days beginning the day following receipt of your order. Order cancellations must be made in writing to Gtechniq Customer Services quoting your order number.
If you cancel your order under the Distance Selling Regulations, we will refund the purchase price of the item(s) affected and the delivery charges within 30 days of your order being cancelled. You must return the items by post or in person to the above address complete with your name, order number and proof of original purchase. If we do not receive the cancelled items back, we will arrange to collect them from you at your cost.
If the products are damaged in any way, you will have broken your legal duty to take care of the goods. As a result you will have to pay compensation to us.
